yesterday i set my alarm at 8.30am, even though my lesson was supposedly starting at 10.30am. i was taking my own sweet time putting make-up and dressing up in hall, till i realise i was almost running late for lesson. by the time i reach the class, it was 10.40am. i was like 10 minutes late?

but everyone was staring at me very strangely. anyway, i was quite surprised that the seats were arranged in a semicircle and was more amazed that this could be done in such a mere 10 minutes. furthermore, the lesson seemed to be halfway through.

nevertheless, i sat in class and felt quite lost. after a while, the tutor mentioned that we only had about 15 minutes more of lessons. i was even more puzzled, wondering why the tutor was letting us off so early.

finally, towards the end of the lesson, my friend told me the lesson started at 9.30am and i was late by 1 hour 10 minutes! *faints* and thank god my tutor is a very nice and understanding lady. it was only then i understood why everyone stared at me so strangely when i rushed in '10 minutes' late.

furthermore, the previous day, a classmate had walked in 25 minutes late and the tutor mentioned a bit about punctuality. at that moment, i still thought to myself: i won't be late for more than 10 minutes usually...

nothing can get any more classic than this. haha. it's so me.
