on a public holiday like this... (i was almost crooning to the tune of 'on a night like this')
i think i always feel a little moody on sundays or on days when there's school the next day. cos i dread having to go through the same gruelsome week, only to look forward to the particular bell ring every friday at 12 noon (as it marks the start of my weekends). lols. well, it's not that i hate teaching but rather, teaching the bunch of guys can be both heartwarming yet heart-wrenching at times. it's just too much of a emotional rollercoaster ride for me sometimes.
but thankfully, there's public holidays like today when i get an extra day of rest. ;)
went to watch the time traveller's wife with des last friday. it's damn touching and nice! go catch it if u haven't! :p and remember to bring along tissues. lols.
wondering if i should dye my hair again, though my hair is naturally brown. cos the last portions of my dyed hair was snipped off when i rebonded and cut my hair to shoulder length.
should i dye it to a more brown colour than my natural brown colour? hmm.
gonna head to town to watch 'the ugly truth' with des later! whee! im such a movie-holic.

today is teachers' day! so happy teachers' day to every teacher out there! :) though its a bit late. haha.
all the la sallean schools came together and had a combined teachers' day dinner for all the staff from the la sallean schools at orchard hotel. :p the theme was movies and we are supposed to dress up as movie characters! so exciting... i love role-playing! so i decided to go as...
wonder woman!
since wonder woman arrived earlier to do part-time as a ticket usherer (cos the economy is bad and there are more superheroes nowadays, so wonder woman is slowly losing her job), she started pondering...
wonder woman: where's everybody?
wonder woman: ahh! i know!
wonder woman: i shall go find them!
found the duchess (serene) :p
found man in black (andrew)...
found pocahontas (maths hod)...
found jack-no-sparrow (noel)...
found the matrix guy (Vice-Principal)...
anyway, it was a damn exciting event. i got saboed up on stage with robin (james) to represent our school for best dressed competition. haha. we won 2nd anyway, out of 6 schools. it came as a big surprise, cos i practically just stood there and look pretty. yes, that's all that i did. HAHA. and 2nd prize was $60 robinsons voucher which has to be shared between robin and wonder woman.

after searching high and low, wonder woman finally found some normal-looking human...
